It might be possible to make your own passable version of those lower lights. Very similar glass or plasticlenses are available for some UK made cars. The names of which I can't recall right now. Some suitable sized exhaust pipe and some flat sheet, (cut with a hole saw) could be cut and welded to make the housing. The lenses go in from the rear. Originally from memory with a wire clip but silastic etc might work. Then get them chromed. Or at a pinch just spray painted aluminium or even body colour. Use some "U" shaped rubber where it fits upto the body. (From Clarke Rubber) good luck. |

MGA 1957 t0 1960 (I think) for the indicator lights. Should be readily available online from a UK classic car specialist. |

Earthp They work as Parking Light as well as Indicators / Blinkers The Lucas lights are close Here's an old link which shows the difference https://www.bellett.net/forums/viewtopi ... 15&p=21435 There are 2 pieces that hold the lens, the first tube is bolted to the body and the second smaller in length tube fits over this and is connected with a screw at the bottom. The second piece holds the light as Glenn described with spring wire Regards Flying |
