Hi, Most likely someone has published this info before but here it is again - just in case:
Steering rack boot - Repco Universal fit - URPB
Tie rod end boots and steering rack end boot - TE2
Ball joint boots - TE8
Cheap spring ties are just that - cheap - they break easily so some had standard cable ties to secure.
cheers, clyde

Re: Steering, ball joint and tie rod end boots
Ta Bris,
Exactly what I'll be looking for next. Any idea on were to go for rack ends and tie rods, also worn ball joints. Also need bushes, and rubbers for the rack mounts which are non existant, thus moving the whole rack by about 5mm to add extra slop.
Cheers, from " tired and shakey front end" Bruno.

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you have an electrical problem!

Rob,
Where do get the engine mounts re bonded please?
Is it worth having a quantity done for a number of us and would it be any cheaper??
I would be interested in at least 2 pair of engine mounts as spares.

I'm not sure how quickly then can be turned around (ie delivered rebonded, sent out or picked up).
I've asked to have two sets of engine mounts and two sets of rack rubbers in the next month.
AJ posted this link awhile back ...
http://www.bellett.net/forums/viewtopic ... shed#p3415
I rang him and went down there.
I haven't had a price yet. Does it really matter? Much better than cutting up some other mounts.
If you don't have a mount with the steel, Tony can make them up, but much better to take in your old mount.
I will be getting another two done once the new ones have replaced the ones on the cars (does that make sense).
Cheers

Cheers Brisbellett I just jumped on to ask about steering rack boots and you had all ready put up the answer. Who says owning a Bellett is a lot of hard work to find parts and keep on the road
