I got an answer from the seller of this car and he said "The chassis number is pr10-4088499" and it's still for sale ...
I have searched the brochures on this range car before posting and I have a question , would a pr10 (1300) of this year have dual carbs? I know this one does but it seems out of the ordinary ... ?

mark, they would be 1500 'sport' dual carbs that someone has fitted.

the only way to get a dual carb engine back then, in a sedan, was to buy a 1500, or later 1600, sport.
the sport option was an add on with the bellett deluxe only, so a 'standard' sport was not available, and as isuzu sold the 1300 only as a 'standard', not deluxe, it would be possible to begin with, meaning that as the deluxe wasn't sold as a 1300, neither was the sport.

if it was originally a 1500 or 1600, the chassis prefix on these would be PR20 for a 1500, or PR50 for a 1600, and as you're aware, because it has the PR10 prefix, it was a factory 1300 with a single carb.
