Re: teardrop for sale on ebay

Ok so I just googled "bandai Bellett" there is one on Yahoo auctions? At the moment. I could be really wrong here but that price is currently under 100 bucks? And there is a Cedric with it! That is a nice green two door!

Re: teardrop for sale on ebay

Surely there would be one out there somewhere that somebody has no idea what it is worth and if for them to put it up for sale for a similar price to other tin toys?

Look up Jay Leno Garage on youtube and watch the episode with the two minis, one red and one green. In there the red salt flat car has an A series bottom end with a BMW motorcycle head. Perhaps the same conversion ?

Re: (Not so) new car review: Toyota Camry.

Perhaps those wheels and tyres are part of the pakage that came with the spoiler and the crappy and daggy side decals. Remember the TV adds for them. It was supposed to be something naughty or something? Meh still just a camry and just like every other freaking camry or corolla that is privately ...

Re: Bellett GT Project

Probably as near impossible to get as a gt. Have you seen those International pick up front guards that look similar to Bellett 1/4's however with a much larger opening and in reverse. I wonder how well a pair of those grafted in would work in the fabricating of new 1/4 panels would go?

Re: Best way to get naked

With large gloves, red scotch brite and cheap multi purpose thinners is good for washing off that final lot of paint stripper. Not good as an actually converter although will remove over night surface rust there is a metal cleaner from Glasurit. Expensive but really easy to use. Poor a small amount ...

Re: Best way to get naked

After you put the stripper on. Cover with plastic (get a box of croc skin or something similar from an automotive paint shop) or glad wrap. Keeps some of those extreemly horrendous fume in, hopefully when you peel the plastic off it will take a majority of stripper and paint with it and help with ...

How do you find forward vision to the right? The only car I've hit driving into a spray booth by misjudging. Was a brand new 3 layer snow white pearl one. It had been dented in the door whilst having window tint done. Didn't even know I had scraped the guard until unmasking the next morning. Big ...

Re: upholstery

No Claws that was for carpet (which was some fancy stuff because I liked the colour), roof lining, kick panels, door trims and 1/4 trims, front and rear seats (two tone metal flake blue and pearl white vinyl) and the two timber boot floor pieces (done in tuck'n'roll/pleats)
