Delorian had Chrysler / Dodge (whichever) motors and the old saying goes -" if you cannot afFORD a Dodge - dodge a Ford." It seems that you would have yourself covered with the Delorian on behind......

I think there was around 8000 ish cars produced out of the Irish factory.
