Hino we have a couple I was not fussed on them but they have proven to be a better truck than the latest ishitsu. 22O.000KM new injectors and turbo a little over $10000 in 1 repair. We towed another ishitsu into the dealership yesterday for a customer he was not real impressed but his was still under warranty. I asked Isuzu of the issues as we had a new truck on order they said the truck was out of warranty and its a old truck 5 years old and get over it. So I did told them to stick the $230.000 sale and I bought a mitsi. I had a visit from mr isuzu and was pleased to tell him our old Isuzu is a delight to own but our new ishitsu will be the last Isuzu in the fleet.

Time will tell ;) The Hino's are ok they have overheating problems due to radiator fins clogging up. We have run mitsubishi cars and utes for years with no issue. To late to turn back no as its chassis is in two pieces

Gary had a Mitsu prime mover and trailer on interstate. He clocked over a million kilometers, then sold it for more than he paid when new. Still had the original clutch! (But he knows how to drive.) He then bought a new one the same and worked it until he retired. Good trucks? Oooh yeah.

Cheers, Matt.

We had a ud that did 1.7 million ks but they did not do dual cabs so it was hino and Isuzu. Our old Isuzu 2006 has never been touched other than being serviced and the air con needed a new condenser. Just under half a million probably the best truck in the fleet and the second oldest. Ud cant supply or our needs it was between mits and Isuzu that met our requirements. Isuzus response was what swung me to order Mitsi.

it was Isuzu Australia. old truck things need replacing. 5 years old 200000ks this truck spends more time in a shed than on the road it was the baby. hence the low ks

I suppose you can strike a bad example with any make.
Reminds me of Subaru Australias response to our lemon motored Forester. I've managed to spoil the sale of 5 Foresters that I know of, one bought a Mazda, one a Santa Fe, one a CRV, and two Rav 4s. Word of mouth and social media......wake up company execs!!

Cheers, Matt.
