All Japan Day 2012

Post by GTtoo »

Hey Dudes and Dudetts in this part of the world,

I know we all lead super complex lives, and some of us are off the radar with mass responsibilities at the moment, it's worth mentioning All Japan Day is just around the calendar corner. Early Isuzus have become a feature attraction at this show. But better still a chance to arrive as a force in style and catch up with everyone. If you're contemplating going, register soon and don't be disappointed.

Hope to see the Squadron there,

B 8-)

Hi Bruno and others,

I'm keen to put a couple of cars in again; Belletts and exotic Isuzus have pretty much owned this event from its inception!

All the Rotorheads go there and complain there are no Rotors, while their Rotors sit in the shed collecting dust!

I hope some of you boys can get out.

I will be entering my ratter and one other car.... which one that will be is pending at this stage.

Entries can be had here for only $10.00...

http://www.alljapanday.com.au/

Event is on 26 February! Can we have a show of hands?

Thanks to GToo for putting this up before slack ol' me!

What i take remains to be seen.

Problems are as follows -

- one car has what may be a busted regulator

- one car seems to have an issue with the points and does not want to take to adjustment

- one car has a weird stuttering issue - might be accelerator pump in carby but that just had full rebuild...

I hate fixing cars! I just like driving them!

Hey guys,

Iron Chef wants to actually specifically put a row of Belletts across the front of the show this year; featured marque!

This puts us in the elite category of James Benford's gorgeous P510 Bluebird SSS, the McIntosh Datsun sports collection and the Smoker family Toyota 2000GT!

Elite! Elite as, bros!

So get your skates on an enter. Rob SA we'll let you off coz yours is broken still.

The ratter has found a new lease; regulator was not the problem, only the relatively new battery.

Car with points issue has had points fixed; will be going for a new exhaust a few days before, then an epic tune at Auto Carb Services; HOPEFULLY will be running sweet and if not I will bloody limp it there.

I've been asked to enter the Florian, so I should do that. Wasp still a runner too, so I should enter that...

Cheers,

Dave

Hey blokes!

Good news... Iron Chef is so happy with Isuzu enthusiasts, he's promised to make an Isuzu section this year.

Now, normally this wouldn't matter as we just make sure we arrive at the same time and have our OWN Isuzu section, but with an official Isuzu section, this means we don't necessarily have to rock up at the same time!

The organisers will be there from 8:00am... I am having RobSA and another guy (he owns a DeLorean...not a DeFlorian) rock up to mine at 8:00am and we will have to swing by another venue in Glenelg on the way to grab another car.. *SIGH*.

So, thanks to the good news of pa_man Joshua and MrFlibbles Paul bringing their beasts along, we will have around 10 cars. Now, I think that is pretty freaking good.

Next year... I might just have a Bex and a good lie down.

Cheers,

Dave
