SA Christmas Cruise... on 03 February!! <topic renamed>

Post by dave »

Thanks to life being busy, I totally forgot to put a weekend aside to organise an SA Bellett Xmas cruise.

We seem to have done it unofficially over the last few years; normally we rock up, Paul H chides us for not putting tinsel all over our cars like he does, then we cruise.

Sorry blokes; life got away from me. Perhaps in the new year?!?!

cheers,

Dave

Any chance we could do it on the Australia Day Public Holiday, which is Monday 28 January?

Australia Day proper won't work for me! How does the public holiday sit with everyone else???

Sorry blokes!

OK guys, uh, I was just speaking to Bruno and he can't make that any day on the Australia Day weekend due to his roster.

Honestly, it probably won't feel like a proper Bellett Cruise without Captain Chamois (who has, incidentally, bought a new chamois).

Is there any chance we can do it on Sunday 03 February? I think the Sunday will give us a better chance of seeing Paul H out as well, even if his car is still laid up.

Let me know! Sorry for all the changes! Yeah!

Thanks for being accomodating, dudes. Wouldn't like to miss out on that one. Hope to have Paul H. along as well.

Bringing PR90 back to Claws is as good as a Xmas run in my books.

And yes, I recieved a cheque for a 25 year sevice award. Needless to say, my 30 year old chamois were replaced with a Mc Guires super sized chamois which is more like a massive slurpex.
