Possibly the name (new name) for the Isuzu Technical Journal?
I haven't been able to figure out if those are the same thing or two different inner corporate publications... Isuzu No Ne looks more like promotion and public relations and less technical.
I started running searches for some of the Japanese names of designers from 20-25 years ago for the other end of the car history. The Isuzu Technical Journal was the only thing that came up for some of the names. The library search shows a bunch of locations have issues for 60's-90's. But only Ibaraki University and Sangyo University show 50's-2012
