2017 Bellett Nationals - Cap & Polo Shirts - available to order until Tuesday 1st August

Cap is offered in AQUA only.
Polo shirt is offered in two colours – AQUA or NAVY in both ladies & men’s styles.
You CAN order even if you aren't coming to Nationals ($8.50 post & pack for any number of items).

ORDERING: Credit cards can only be used via the TryBooking System http://www.trybooking.com.au/QIFA You will pay just the credit card surcharge (2.1%) plus a processing charge (30c each item). Extra for Amex cards. Have a go - if you change your mind, just cancel out before the end. Ignore references to "tickets"; if you select polo shirts, be sure to enter sizes on the next page - you CAN select different sizes if ordering, for example 2 men's navy polo shirts in different sizes. You will receive a confirmation email/receipt at the completion of the transaction.
For all other payment methods, use email or printed order form.

CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENT by measuring the half chest of a polo shirt from your own wardrobe – layed flat and measured 1cm below the sleeve join from side seam to side seam and compare to these measurements:

MEN’S POLO Sizes (Half chest measurement - cm):
S(52), M(55), L(58), XL(62), 2XL(65), 3XL(71), 5XL(79)
NB: 4XL not available.

LADIES POLO Sizes (Half chest measurement – cm):
6(44), 8(46.5), 10(49), 12(51.5), 14(54), 16(56.5), 18(59), 20(62), 22(65), 24(68)
