lizzy
Hi, thought well if you can't beat them you had better join them....I am the partner(better half) of GTorphange, and have been wanting to restore a car for more years than I want to admit, so one day I picked up a little wasp to add to our family. Not really sure of my plans with it yet, but hopefully with a little help from you in Bellett land and a bit(lot) of patience from GTorphange I hope to have her mobile soon.

Re: lizzy
I wish her luck on that one Ken, if it is it will be in ratter mode? Liz is trying to do the brakes over easter but work isnt giving us a fair go.we got the dash away, idler rebushed it will probably go on club rego in a couple of months and be a rolling resto,we will get the mechanicals right and drive it its almost complete. When the time is right we are going to lift the cab from the chassis and paint it.
does anyone know part no for f/r shockies?
p.s Liz tells lies this is her second project car 1st one was a mk2 2 door escort we towed she got it a driveable condition and sold it [our fault no one was interested in it].

Another member, another Wasp - Woo-hoo! They're rarer than G.T.'s you know, only 122 brought to Aus. Yeah, please bring it to Coona, rolling resto is just fine!
Look forward to meeting you guys.
Cheers, Matt.

Re: lizzy
escorts have there good and bad points..just like any car but i do see some simularities to the Belletts. small car built low to the ground that loves to be driven hard and even been known to be seen in the odd off road rally...maybe i'm about to start a war between car owners but i have to admit i love my little wasp. it does have a certain style about it that is different to the GT's. im working on the photos??
