Please be specific as to what part you're after - unless you're after a whole car for parts!

we should seriously hit Brett Oldland up for what he wants for the two Belletts on his mums property in Edithburgh.

I seem to recall one of them was good but needed brakes, while the other was parts.

The one that needs brakes we should try and save from wrecking (if it's good, anyway). Perhaps between the locals here we can scavenge a good array of bits off it, put the scummy bits back on it and still get a few bob on eBay for it! Or not. But yeah.

While the wreck (which I think is engine-less) would be good for parts - beaver panels etc!

My problem is space. I now have a monster-sized shed, but it's full (well it will be when it's concreted)!!!

So yeah. I told him about this site, I think, in case he gets motivated to do anything to his cars, but he's got his B1500 Mazda and a few other projects on the go.

So yeah. We should hit him up for figures - hopefully he'll rock up to Small Car Sunday or something.

Chizm.

I'll be up for this. I always need more spares and I'm happy to use my place to wreck one provided it is a quick job, no mucking about.

Plus I can store one down the back of the yard for a while if it looks OK... Just don't tell my wife ;)

Cheers,
Ross.

are they the 2 screw or 4 screw lenses?? they changed in 66 (i think), but some cars have had lenses from the other type fitted. 4 screw ones are more common.

these are the ones with 3 air holes across the bottom, as your wasp has a very late model sedan one ATM with 2 big holes. was most likely put on when repaired from an accident. i've seen a few bellett's done like that too, and some of us have N.O.S. tray's, guards. etc. that are the same as well. and remember that GT stone tray's are different to a sedan/wasp too when you find one, so make sure it the right one (although sedan ones are heaps easier to find than a GT one).

all of our wasp's had the front bumper painted white originally. dave's has been chromed at some time, and my wasp has a chrome bellett sedan front bumper. you might have to go with either of these ideas.

If by Dave you mean me, my Wasp front bumper is black. Black like my heart.

The arse-bumper has been chromed and was made as a pair of bumperettes from what appears to be the front bumper of a Wasp.

Damn.

"crownsixfour", I have a four hole d/s front lens in O.K. used cond. for you. I like barter, barter is good. Things I'm looking for include G.T. badges (yeah, I know), drivers side guard mirror- early or late (I have 1 left side of each), early rear blinker lens, G.T. sill chrome strip, late "rotary" bonnet badge and good sedan hubcaps. Cash adj if req. I have a beaver pannel, but a bit rough and still attached to the car! Sorry, only one Wasp bumper(for mine).
Cheers, Matt.

Hello Clyde, I did try sending you a message but maybee I got it wrong- I've got lots to learn about this puwter thingy. I didnt find a reply in "new messages". The badge is a little different to mine, but would be good for the bootlid. Please let me know if you would like to sell or swap it for something. Thanks, Matt.
