Rear fenders a bit short for a GT, or is there a join in the middle of the rear arches that was filled in production? Hopefully one of you guru's snaps these up.

Rod you may be right about 68 tail lights but all I know is this matches my 67 GT rear end.
Rear quarters are to short for GT, may be sedan but they might still go on my GT. Will asses that when I fully strip chasis later this year. Right now i'm just in shock that i have some NOS panels
and still smile everyday when I walk out the back door and see my half stripped, rusty GT sitting under the pergola. Didnt think I'd ever see either of theses 6 months ago
. Shows that there must be more cars and good parts out there that we dont know about yet.

GT quarters are one piece from the door frame to the rear. these panels look like sedan quarters too me by the length and the angle where they would meet the rear doors. They will still fit a GT with a join down the middle tho.
Most 68 models in Aust are square tailight units. The long tailight units were built in Japan from may 68 but we didn't get them until nov 68 or there abouts so the seller was correct in naming them as 68 model panels.
this is why the very late 68 model cars are referred to as 69 models sometimes, and as an example my own 68 GT is a single headlight square tailight car and was built in feb 68 but not sold here till mid year.
