Re: 72 sedan for sale
I have a friend in Perth who has 3 - 1 coupe and 2 sedans. One sedan is a daily driver while the other is being given a museum quality resto. (His restorations are 5 star ,excellent ) The coupe has not long been in his possesion. I think that there were only 49 Hino Contessa's sold in Austra;lia. Interesting cars in that they are Japanese and rear engined. (Renault background )

Re: 72 sedan for sale
Um, bargain! (?) Well, I suppose it would be unique here.
On the Contessa, amazing only 49. A good mate owned one, then he sold it to my first ever girlfriend, so I got to teach her to drive in it, and got to drive it myself. Then she left me and went out with him! Bonus for him, he'd bought a Triumph 2000 with the money (erk) and he got to drive the Contessa again.
Problem with it was nobody could supply parts, Toyota had bought Hino, and even they thought Hino had only made trucks!
She left him too, so neither of us had the Hino! But were still mates!
Got the doh, buy it bring it - get all of em outa Japan!!
Cheers, Matt.
