Been for sale for over a year and his price has dropped from about 9K
I went and checked it out twice as it was only 2 blocks away from where I lived last year. He has done heaps of work to it but it still needs a lot of time and money spent on it.
Can't remember if the engine was engineered yet or not but in QLD it should pass fine as they came with a 307 Chev option from factory (for the USA market that is)
Would be one hell tough ute once finished

If a blue plate is not fitted may be a issue for qld rego. Maybe a loop hole if you can prove they had a chev? My understanding is now you can't change the amount of cyls? However if the car came with that amount of cyl's they can blue plate them i.e 6cyl falcon/como to 8 is ok as long as v8 was available in that model. Not being sold here as v8 may be a issue. Driving it would be a weapon :shock:
