I started a whole reply with weather records for Devonport compared to Canberra, but my battery went flat and it evaporated! Basically the same as Canberra in October, but 5 deg colder and 50% wetter on average.
No worries! Just like August!

i believe there will be more details regarding the trip coming in the next week or so. just tie a big knot and keep hanging on... and as a bi line, thanks again for all the hard work being done by the Organisers of the event. we will all enjoy your hard work and dedication in the next 6 months. OZ

No Umbrellas but I am still very excited!! Time to get my bum into gear and start booking the boat, plane tickets for the wife and kids and that very minor job of getting my GT ready for a lap around Tassie!!!!!! I might have to spend today setting up a heater and a camp stretcher in the shed
