Hi,
If I have not mistaken badly, there's a story about '66 Deluxes sold in Finland in 1967. Reason for this was the bankruptcy of Swedish importer, as the Finnish importer "Suomen koneliike" bought the unsold Deluxes from Sweden and sold them in Finland. Rest of the lineup had already new style mask and stuff, but the Deluxes which came via Sweden had old style features as they were ordered over a year earlier.
And funny thing the right-hand / left-hand steering... Sweden used to drive "left lane" system before September 1967, but (another if I recall right

) they always had had the steering wheel in left side. (so, before changing the side of the road, the driver sat next to the ditch, not next to the center of the road...

)
Bellett Sweden can of course correct me, if I am gasping the straws here...

Isuzu (just like the other japanese makes which landed here in 1965... Datsun, Toyota and interestingly enough such small makes as Prince and Hino had their dealerships installed here before Japanese government decided to forcefully join smaller makes to bigger ones to boost the competition in Europe and U.S.) got much more easily good foothold from Finland due fact that we did not have passenger car production, unlike Sweden with nimble two stroke SAABs and built like a tank Volvos.

yes, we love barns!

You are absolutely right about when we drove on the wrong side!
The Swedish importer was my grandfather, I thought all the cars after the bankruptcy went to Finland (dad too)
or are we wrong ? and if so where did the other cars go?
We usually buy some parts of Ari Nöjd (spelling?) it is someone you know ?

Hi!
I was surprised to see that there still are some Belletts alive in Sweden! A relatively small amounts of cars were produced and still Belletts can be found worldwide!
Greetings from Finland!
P.S. Vi har den största veteranbilhändelsen den 2.8. 2015 i Forssa i Finland (Forssa pick nick). Jag hoppas att vi kommer att se en svensk Bellett där också, välkommen.

I am also surprised that there are so many left alive but in Sweden it is only 15 cars left, there is three that is approved for the road and that is ours.
You can Read here. I bought the car in Tenala.
