I'm building some rural fences for friends 20mins up the H/way from dean and it's hot and sunny.
Better than yesterday though..... the humidity yesterday was a killer but the late afternoon lightning storm was spectacular to watch with a cold brew in hand.

It always hard to believe unbelievable until someone does a back to back test on the claim (coming to you in early 2016 . I have a friend who owns a dyno so it shouldn't be too hard to sort out. And willowbank is just down the road

Don't those figures come from an on-road dyno? The Torque figures are derived mathematically depending on a number of factors: This is interesting:-

Mmmmmm a bit complex for this little brain. As long as it skips down the 1/4 in a hurry and drives comfortably on our highways it'll doo.

I am looking forward to trying that particular recipe of parts and getting it tuned.

it seems to boil down to the exhaust mods...... if it were that easy (?) then makers would be doing same thing. And it should apply then to any Bellett engine ?
The DOHC is a nice engine, more go than a GT engine... but no powerhouse or torque monster. Love to be proved wrong though, since have one ready for a 'project'..

what they are saying is that torque, power and rpm are maths related. My limited understanding of a dyno is that it measures one parameter and calculates the other. So maths are involved. And yes, Dyno figures can be made to lie..... "how many hp would you like to see on the graph"
Thats why I doubt those massive nM figures....
