This one be I'm involved with is a comeback of a well known racer. What I can't believe is just how much the cars themselves have changed in just 10 years.
If I go an 8 (would be an LS turbo) then I have to cut the front up too much and I want to build it like the Puerto-Rican style of Pro Compact car where they run full steel and full glass (windows/screens)
I started this one a couple of years ago but then sold my shortened Hilux with 4 link setup and 1600HP 2JZ with powerglide (I had an urge to be able to keep eating at the time) to a guy who now has it in a KE25 Corolla running a 8.4 quarter. I doubled my money but I'm pretty well back to square 1
I now have another 2J engine (only 1100HP this time and no box

) but the rear end is now looks to have to be a fabricate all over again job ??? will keep the feelers out though for a similar setup.
I have been offered ("
really cheap" as he's allready up graded to 20B turbo) a ready to run 13B turbo engine n box setup (950HP, 8.2ET in a 1940lbs car) but still leaves me in the same boat with the rear, but I would have to sell the 2J again to afford it (almost, kind of

who am I kidding)
It's a long term project that may never see the track but I plug along at it where and when I can
