Davo, You are starting to reap the rewards of "putting in the time". Looks really good, we need more "Teardrops". Paint and panel work does not look as though it would be all that major. Keep it up - looking forward to seeing it in October. KB

What a GEM great to see the Best of the Belletts,in my opinion,The TEAR DROPS,and that colour, can't wait to see you lift that number plate, put the crank handle in and give her a swing, just remember what I said about your thumb, used to swing my blue one all the time, sure got a few strange looks around Cooly

Gerry, You reminded me of Dad's Wasp when it had a flat or dead battery. He would always say. "Never have your thumb away from your fingers as if your grabbing a hockey stick. Have it on the same side as your fingers to palm the crank handle." Watching him one day when the handle swung back. If he didn't do as he always told me he would have had a broken thumb.
  Davo,
I may have some weatherstrip. Would have to check tomorrow in daylight. Will let you know tomorrow evening.
  Dave.

Davo, Have some weatherstrip . Not too crash hot for presentation. I will need some for another one of my cars. I did the "68/9 with about 1". Cleaned up old strip with emery tape on sanding block. Used Loctite 406 superglue. Can cut about 4" for you. pm me if you need it.
