Re: Screamin' Squirrel II
Michael is doing the photo posting and captions now, your encouragement is really getting to him, looks like we have taken on a bit more than expected, but it is an interesting project with a steep learning curve for both of us.
Last time I did a Bellett this far, (Screamin' Squirrel'), the cars weren't very old and much easier to work on, lack of simple parts like door quarter vent rubbers and the like I can see as being a challenge, but as Michael keeps saying, nothings impossible.
As I am about to turn 69 next month and not running with the best of health, I just hope I can achieve the goals Michael and I have set with enough time to enjoy them.
I have stated to Michael that when I am no longer capable or interested in doing Donuts, Smokin' Tyres, Sideways Driving etc, take my license off me.
We are still putting effort in to the XC Falcon, with the recent fitting of a Two and a half inch Mandrell Bent exhaust from the extractors, big difference, hope to get it back on the Dyno and eventually a run at the Drags.
We will certainly keep you posted, if things seem to slow down, give us a nudge.
