Pr90 for sale

Post by claws »

Putting up my Pr90 for sale. Is a major project. I am selling as I just dont have time for the project with running a business, raising kids and all the other crap. The PR90 comes as a stripped rolling shell. Also includes a 67 GT rolling body. Have all body panels, body and panels all need sandblasting and work, sills need work they have been previously repaired but not very well. Have 2 sills cut from a sedan that would get most of the job done, have 2 sets of seats, 1 set have been stripped and started restoring, doors need work. Also comes with NOS replacement rear sedan panels (some of rear panels have been cut off PR90 for the new panels to be fitted ). All glass is there, front windscreen has a small chip. Selling without motor and gearbox but buyer has option to buy at extra cost. Engine has a complete gasket set and has had head professionally rebuilt. The block is in peices, needs new piston heads but is all there except extractors. There is a lot of parts. Can be moved over a couple months if needed. Do not have spot light or spot light surrounds of the correct grill, do not have GT hubcaps. Can PM photos on weekend. Open to offers. PM me or phone me 0450560579

Sorry dont mean to sound like im fishing for an idiotic bid. Bodies and parts owe me $4000.
Motor, gearbox and gasket kit owe me $1800 so they are the prices.

No thanks
Unfortunately for me that car comes with way too much anxiety and frustration for me to deal with.
I waited 3 patient years for you to buy it (as you got onto it 2 months before my mate told me about it)

I could have had it on the road and running already for less than the current price tag.... now it's a stripped rolling shell that needs complete restoration, with none of it's originality left...... and for more than twice what I could have bought it for to begin with :|

I already have a GT needing that much work and money being spent on it

Yeah, sorry I didn't jump on it! But yeah, far away, and I have a few cars in the queue. Good value for sure, I'm amazed a local didn't snap it up.
But you're into it, so great!
Have fun, and I hope to see you in it at a Nationals soon.
Cheers, Matt.

I'll give it till next weekend if anyone wants a chance at it. am flexable on the storage side of the cars for this year if that helps interstate people.

  Isn't that the way it's supposed to work.... you don't want it till you can't have it

I already have 4 projects on the go inc a GT that is much worse than yours so I can't regardless.
Sure would have been nice though :)

Back up for sale, Price dropped by $500 to $4200 for the lot. Sure that may help any interstaters (which is almost everyone) with some transport costs.

Am in Adelaide stick man, hence the price drop, other previous interest came from your end of the world.
I am able to store any of the package for up to about a year if you would be thinking of doing a trip

Sorry for all the new interested parties. I have made a slight maths error there, hence all the new sudden interest.
The whole package was previously $5800. Can drop $1000 of the price which makes it $4800. Understand if the interest drops off a bit. Sorry

Doesn't change my interest :) Still a bargin IMO
Just have some uncertainty with employment stability atm with new management taking over, but will know in the coming weeks if there could be another epic roadtrip for me.
That's if you don't find a happy owner for them in the meantime.

Great news there Claws, it will be good to see it come to life. You will have a rare and desirable car that you will love to drive whenever you can.

Thanks Matt, relieved that I didn’t get rid of it in the end and just looking forward to getting started on it this weekend. And an even bigger thank you to the low baller that didn’t want to part with half the money i was asking and didn’t want to give his real name “John Smith”, both of those factors was going to get nothing from me every time and made it easy for me to decide to keep it. Resto photos start next week :D
